On April 30, 2025, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health – India Research Center and Anuvaad Solutions jointly hosted a webinar titled “Unpacking the Packaged: Ultra-Processed Foods and Your Heart”. The session focused on the growing link between ultra-processed food consumption and the rising burden of cardiovascular diseases in India. The webinar brought together leading national and global experts who shared the latest research, public health responses, and strategic recommendations to address this escalating health challenge.

Stare Professor of Nutrition and Epidemiology, Harvard T.H.
