Dr. Aswathy Vijayakumar
Aswathy is a Nutritional Epidemiologist. She has a PhD in Nutritional Sciences and Food Management from Ewha Womans University, South Korea.
Biography
Her principal research interests encompass diet quality & dietary pattern analysis, life-course nutrition, geriatric nutrition, and aging-related diseases. Prior to this, she has worked on the studies such as NICOLA (The Northern Ireland Longitudinal Study of Ageing) and conducted analysis using datasets including UK Biobank and KNHANES (the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey).
