As a nutritional epidemiologist, Aswathy’s research interests include exploring the complex interactions between lifestyle factors, dietary intake, and non-communicable diseases. She is also passionate about advancing nutrition education and policy to encourage the adoption of nutritious and sustainable dietary habits, ultimately enhancing overall health and well-being. She has over 13 years of research experience in the field of nutritional epidemiology. Through her various research work, Aswathy has gained expertise in developing research proposals, evidence synthesis, managing large datasets, conducting data analysis, and contributing to publications and presentations.
