Shalini has over 14 years of professional experience in the public health sector with considerable experience of working with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Women and Child Development, and several state governments. She has also worked with many multilateral and bilateral agencies including DFID, UNICEF, The Global Fund, WHO as well as other funding agencies and iNGOs working in the Healthcare and Nutrition sector. She has extensive multi-sectoral experience of working in public health including Health systems, financial systems, RMNCH+A, Nutrition, TB, HIV, Education, and Immunization. She specializes in managing large and complex multi-stakeholders’ projects involving Evaluations and Impact Assessments, Health System Strengthening, Technical Assistance for national level health and nutrition programs, Capacity Building and Training, Human Resource for Health, Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation, Behaviour Change Communication Strategy, Advocacy, Health Financial Management Systems, Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
