Dr. Vidisha Sharma is a food and nutrition researcher with over nine years of research experience, holding a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.
Biography
Her research interests span public health nutrition, dietetics, diet assessment methodologies (with emphasis on food intake, diet patterns, portion size, and technology-assisted assessment), government food programs, food systems and environment, and food security. Prior to Anuvaad, she was working at The George Institute for Global Health, New Delhi, where she was involved in the NIHR Global Health Research Centre-Food Systems theme, renal nutrition, and was also co-investigator on a World Food Programme funded project, ‘The Nutrition TPDS Study’.
