Dr. Ridhima Kapoor is a public health nutritionist, working in the domain of nutrition and food systems research. She holds a PhD and Masters in Food and Nutrition, from University of Delhi.
Biography
Her areas of technical expertise include maternal and child nutrition assessments in marginalized populations, nutrition epidemiology, development of nutrition education materials and data-driven diet solutions for women and children. She has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and regularly reviews articles for national and international journals.
